You have goals for your project. If your building is part of any form of commerce, at least some of your goals are likely quantifiable. Here are some examples:

• You may want a certain number of dwelling units in an apartment complex.

• Your goal could be to have units in a duplex with 90% or more useable space and 10% or less hallway and transition space.

• You may want your house to have 2 short-term rental units along with your personal dwelling space.

 

You also will likely have goals which are experiential. For example, you certainly want to enjoy the design of your home! I will help you achieve a home you love, and will guide you through the design process every step of the way. If within 30 days of the project start date you are not satisfied with the progress of the design process, or if the final design does not meet your goals, no worries: I will refund the fee for my work on your project.
